Woon Pheng brings over two decades of experience in accounting and finance, specialising in business valuation, intangible asset valuation, IFRS compliance and advisory, financial and tax due diligence, transaction advisory, forensic accounting, fraud investigation, and litigation support services.

He serves on several professional bodies, including the Investigation and Disciplinary Panel of ISCA, the Certification & Disciplinary Working Group of the Institute of Valuers and Appraisers, Singapore, and the Panel of Financial Experts scheme between ISCA and the Family Justice Courts. He is also an IPOS-endorsed Intellectual Assets/Intellectual Property valuation expert.

A frequent speaker at industry conferences and professional education workshops, Woon Pheng contributes to the Singapore Chartered Accountant Qualification and Chartered Valuer & Appraiser Programme. He currently serves as an adjunct lecturer at the Singapore University of Social Sciences and Murdoch University, teaching corporate finance and business valuation.
